Nhl's Biggest Botch-ups

Every season has its highlights and lowlights. In this case, members will have the opportunity to nominate last season's most ridiculously blown saves and scoring chances, biggest power play and penalty kill fiascoes, and most mind boggling turnovers or mental miscues that resulted in a crucial goal. Some may want to submit such categories such as candidates for most boneheaded coaching blunders. CRB suggested it could become a weekly feature and it would remain to be seen what happens. The categories I've listed are even better suited for a hall of shame book, but since we never know what we might learn, I'll go ahead and start this thread.

As for blown saves, I'll submit Tomas Vokoun's botch-up against Phoenix when the Coyotes were pulling their goaltender for the extra attacker. He got beat from just beyond center ice. I can also nominate Carolina's power play fiasco against Boston when they gave up three shorthanded goals in a span of 1:03.
