flames4eva
Not a Prospect? Seemed to do fairly well in his first pre-season game IMO. He was paired with Weber wasn't he?

I didn't think he good at all.....there was one play I remember, I believe in the first, where he just stood there with the puck behind the net and and took a hit without even trying to get rid of it....and it's not like he stood the guy up either it was a terrible play

S-Bah
The Habs see something in St Denis's game or they wouldn't have resigned him, probably a lifetime AHLer.

BigTed3
Has he seen pre-season action yet? Yes. And he actually hasn't been that bad. Quietly effective in my opinion. Nothing flashy. He won't start the year with us, but he could be in the mix as a mid-season call-up if we need one.

He's not flashy at all but you can always count on him to make the right play.
BigTed3
Giving him a bump, since there's a rumor he may get the call-up if Gill can't go... thoughts?

BigTed3
we used 11 last year 13 last year in total (if you count everyone who played in the season and not just at one time) and already on the way to beating that... Markov, Subban, Gorges, Wis, Sopel, Mara, Nash, Weber, Hamr, Spacek, Picard, and Gill. I recall last year thinking we had way too many D men if everyone was healthy and Im thinking the same thing now. But last year, that never came to fruition. At least a guy like St-Denis can be shuttled up and down at will. I'm more concerned about exposing a guy like Weber to waivers if we can't deal one of the vets first.
