ColRouleBleu
No moints for Liles please. liles can have moints, as long as the game ends with more goals scored by the habs. actually, liles and shattenkirk can have moints, pleki and gio! can have even more Nice GDT Tessin. It'll be interesting to see how O'byrne plays. i've watched quite a few colorado games and he's playing really well for them. but yes, it will be interesting to see how he does against his former team. V-hab
Go habs, O'bryne please score on yourself Get past it !!!! I find it ironic that there are some of the so-called experts and fans suggesting we were the winners in the O’Byrne trade, then go on to suggest we need a defensive defensemen that can skate. I often read posts here suggesting Picard is a spare part and a questionable resigning for next year, perhaps our so-called experts might be better served if they actually took the time to examine the skill set that was part of their NHL career. Picard is the only defensemen on our roster with a +10 I only hope he doesn’t fall victim to the anomaly that has been part of Montreal and Martin’s history. I’m sure there will be many fans here and on other boards debating the merits of the OB trade and how Martin handled him after today’s game, it still won’t change the fact, Martin and our boo-birds forced this trade. Then suggest we look for a similar type player , big RH that is a defensive defensemen that can skate. Ryan O’Byrne age 26 –RH -6’5” 230 lbs. better than average skater, lost to the Avs and now playing top 4 at 20 plus minutes with a +13 in 21 games. Today OB gets his chance too prove that Martin and the Hab fans were wrong. Good luck OB in game
