Thanks HRF for a GDT that's succinct

That's another ASG over and inked

The ASG was quite fun

But I am glad it's over and done

Now we get our boys back on the ice

A few wins now would be very nice

This is the home stretch so they say

But more away games we have to play

Away from home we haven't played our best

Got to do better for the rest

Our playoff place isn't secure

We have to win some that's for sure

Gio we need some sign of life

Or else there could be trouble and strife

It's goals that we very much need

Can't win without out them' have to pick up our speed

The D will have to sacrifice more

We have to get our "stars" to score

So come on guys the name of the game is winning

Not the last moment with our heads spinning

We need to get our winners hats on

Or else our season will be here and gone

GO HABS GO :D :D

Lines at this afternoon's practice:

Pacioretty-Plekanec-Gionta | Kostitsyn-Gomez-Eller | Pouliot-Desharnais-Darche | Moen-Halpern-Pyatt

I am more interested in seeing Pyatt than White. Both work hard and add not a whole lot; there's just more experience and "possible offensive upside" (however small) with Pyatt.

"Hats" off to you hrf! :P

Definitely glad there's finally some Habs hockey to be seen and let's hope it's a positive comeback. I always feel so weary of this team when they play after some sort of break. I really hope that isn't the case this time...

What's up with Cammy anyways?

Not sure if I'm feeling those lines, Patches was working good with Gomez.

Sweet GDT Habs Rule Forever the Habs really need to get points in both the Washington and Florida games. After getting those easy games they have two more sets of back to back games with teams in the Eastern Conference. The Rangers whom have been playing solid hockey and have most of their injured players back. The next night the Devils and they will be waiting on a tired Habs team. Each of those four games the Habs need to come away with three points, the same thing goes for the next two games in two nights. The Bruins it's imperative we beat them and hopefully have enough juice in them to at least steal a point against Toronto.Beating Toronto is like kissing your sister,in that you help Boston get closer to a top three pick.If the Habs can manage points in each game and win the first of game of each back to back sets (nine out of twelve)they would have 68 points with 26 games to play. The Habs would need 32 points out of 26 games and would have to win seventeen games to get 100 points and have a favorable spot in the playoffs.(home ice advantage)Winning the first games in each of those sets means beating the Capitals,Rangers and Bruins all teams that are ahead of them in the standings. The Habs usually play a better game against stronger opponents and those points will be huge in the last week of the season.Go Habs Go!

The worst part about the all-star break is the time off from hockey.

Hopefully the Habs come back well rested and ready to play.
