CANADIENS27
Does he possess more potential offensively or defensively? Right now I would prefer to see more defensive potential.

I read in one of the paragraphs in one of the articles in the habs official site("Learning Curve") that Didier is a shutdown D man who also has some offensive skill. Aussie6898
Well he seems to be a decent but not sure he'll be able to crack our lineup with all of our defenseman with a lot of potential and our current veteran stars.
Inquisitive
Brisebois mentioned in passing during an interview that he was impressed with Didier's progression. Remember, he's a fourth round pick, which is still high enough. He could cause a few surprises. After reading a few recent articles, his style of play reminded me a bit of Josh Gorges... He gets a sick pride from blocking shots. However, contrary to Josh Gorges, he plays a very physical game and can jump into the offense from time to time. He's also the captain of his University of Denver team. He needs to be signed by June 1st 2015, so there's still time. Like I said, he could cause a few surprises. That's definitely what Gorgie is missing in his game. What a nice bonus.
