Think you’re the Canadiens’ ultimate social media follower? Here’s your chance to prove it by being crowned our Social Media Fan of the Day. How to participate Entering is easy! Just fill out the form here and tell us how you show your passion for the team through social media. Did you tweet some shots of yourself sporting your Habs gear on vacation? Does you Facebook profile contain a photo of your at-home Habs shrine? Are you an active poster on our message board or do you have your own Canadiens blog? Is your YouTube page filled with montages of your favorite Habs players? If so, we want to know about it! A winner every day Beginning on September 1, 2011, we will announce one Social Media Fan of the Day everyday on Twitter via @canadiensMTL, the official Twitter account of the Montreal Canadiens. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to any Habs Zone location and we’ll post his or her profile on canadiens.com. Oh, and don’t forget to tell your friends – it’s in your best interests! A winner every month Each month, the person whose profile receives the most “Likes”* of all our daily winners during that month will receive a pair of tickets in the Molson Ex Zone for a 2011-12 Canadiens game.
