I found that sometimes I come across some really good interesting videos, and they are too good not to share. So, here is what I am proposing, post a video on here and give a brief description of it. Please don't post anything that is not within the Forum Guidelines. Please make sure the language in the video is appropriate as well.

Here is an example of what I mean.

Enjoy.

This is about a bicyle rider who is amazing with what he can do with his bike.

I don't think that many of you have heard of the "Burning Man Festival", but it is held out in the Nevada desert every year. There is absolutley nothing there,,,just desert. Every year 40,000 people show up (making it the 4th largest city in Nevada). They make wierd vehicles,,wear weird stuff, and generally have a lot of fun.

This will give you a pretty good idea of what it's like.

Enjoy

I only found out about this in the past year and immediately put it on my list of things I want to see before I die.

It just looks like this amazing experience and other-wordly. And the photo opportunities there would have my mind running wild.

The video is definitely interesting but just going out and searching photos from it either on flikr or just google can yield some pretty awesome stuff.

If you haven't heard of a "Flash Mob" then here's what you've been missing. A flash mob is a bunch of people (varying sizes) who do wierd and unusual things as a group.

This Video has over 200 eople taking part at Grand Central Station in New York, doing a "freeze".

Enjoy.

If your not into motorcycles, skip this video.

Port Dover is a small town of 3500 on the north shore of Lake Erie and every Fri. the 13th up to 50,000 bikes and 200,000 people file into this small town. Why, you might ask, because it's a happening. The police block off the main drag and only bikes are allowed in. Line-ups are very long for everything, coffee, food, bars, getting in and out-of-town, but it's worth it. Bikers come from everywhere. The only problem is that it's only one day, but I understand their trying to make it a 3 day thing.

The Friday the 13th tradition started in 1981. About 25 friends got together in Dover and had such a good time, they decided to do it every year. Word spread by word of mouth, and it just took off.

It should be interesting for the next one,,,,,,it's Jan. Fri. 13th.

Enjoy,,or not. :)

Video from National Geographic on free soloing (version of) rock climbing, featuring "master", Alex Honnold, in Yosemite. Soloing free means no ropes; nada.

Gives new meaning to the term "gots balls". I'd assume he has a tough time getting a life insurance policy. One 'sport/game' where there are no mulligans; well, not after the first dozen or so feet up the rock face, at any rate.
