BigTed3
We've got prediction threads for the standings and for the Habs... but who do you think will take the NHL's hardware home? Do any of the Habs stand a chance? Here are my guesses: 1. Hart: Ovechkin; runners-up: St. Louis, Datsyuk 2. Vezina: Lundqvist; runners-up: Price, Bryzgalov 3. Norris: Weber; runners-up: Chara, Subban 4. Art Ross: St. Louis; runners-up: Ovechkin, Stamkos 5. Richard: Stamkos; runners-up: Ovechkin, Heatley 6. Calder: Larsson; runners-up: Landeskog, Nugent-Hopkins 7. Jack Adams: Boucher; runners-up: Babcock, Carlyle 8. Selke: Datsyuk; runners-up: J. Staal, Toews In terms of Habs, I think Price will be a serious contender for the Vezina and although it is a long-shot, I think PK may surprise with a nomination (although not a win) for the Norris. Why? He's got offensive flair, he's going to get loads of PP time and minutes, and he's in the spotlight. Unlike some good players who'll fly under the radar, if PK has a good year, he's going to be talked about and that will help his chances. Outside of that, both Markov and Pacioretty are going to be leading candidates for the Masterton.
powerplay2009
Here are my guesses (going out on a limb) Hart: Rinne followed by Ovechkin and St. Louis Vezina: Rinne followed by Price and Brodeur Norris: Weber followed by Lidstrom and Doughty Art Ross: Ovechkin followed by Stamkos and one of the Sedins Richard: Ovechkin followed by Stamkos and Perry Calder: Landeskog followed by Nugent-Hopkins and Larsson Jack Adams: Boucher folloed by Trotz and Bylsma Selke: Datsyuk followed by Toews and Kessler I am mostly going with my gut on some of them. I'm hoping/expecting a big year from Nashville.
