Forever_Habs10
...Cole avoids suspension, Lucic to have hearing The Habs will face Boston for the fourth time this season with their big winger in the lineup. Will the Bruins' big winger play, too? Where the red-hot Bruins await. The Canadiens board a charter Sunday afternoon for the beginning of their longest road trip of the season. Boston on Monday, then Chicago and Winnipeg back-to-back at midweek before a break for Christmas. Then it's Ottawa on the 27th, followed by the traditional end-of-year trip to Florida. HabsRuleForever
Thanks for the GDT FH, great as always. As far as the game goes if we get behind early, it could get ugly. Let's score first & take control of the game with our speed & beat these guys.

beaubie
FH saves the day! Great job on it too *shudders* Boston I nevr thought I could dislike a team like I do the Boston Bruins. I try and explain this to people and they say how can you hate them? or you really cannot dislike them that much. Or they just to don't get it. A win always feels better than just a "win" when it's against this team. I hope we get one.
BigTed3
Moen and Diaz are supposedly both ready to return tonight. However, PK is a game time decision with the flu. Still waiting for an announcement on Lucic.
Forever_Habs10
The Canadiens begin their traditional holiday odyssey with a visit to the TD Garden, where the Northeast-leading Bruins await. In their first game in Boston this season, on Oct. 27, the Canadiens were 2-1 winners on a third-period goal by Tomas Plekanec. P.K. Suban took three minor penalties, plus his only fighting major of the season after a ludicrous dance with Brad Marchand. That might not happen tonight: P.K. has the flu, missed morning skate and is a game-time decision. The lines at morning skate: Cole-Desharnais-Pacioretty, Moen-Plekanec-Cammalleri, AK-Eller-Leblanc, Darche-Nokelainen-Blunden

BeanCountingHab
Lucic suspended one game. Out tonight vs. Habs. Awesome . No lines from morning skate posted anywhere? I'm curious to see if RC makes any changes. It would be great to have Moen back in.

It would be great to have Moen back in. They were hidden at the bottom of one of FH's posts a few lines up. Cole-Desharnais-Pacioretty Moen-Plekanec-Cammalleri AK-Eller-Leblanc Darche-Nokelainen-Blunden It's interesting to me that Moen is drawing in with Pleks and Cammi, especially after Eller had such a big game. We'll have to watch the ice time tonight, as this could be a sign of the coach planning to give the young guys more minutes than they'd previously been seeing. On the other hand it could be a case of doing exactly the same thing as Martin was doing and putting the vets together and giving them a chance to go for it. I guess we'll see! Guest
Here we are happier then a pig in mud that Lucy gets a whole game. Lost in all this is the fact he got away with how many other situations,,, making this his first official offense. If he had a previous record, (which he should have) then most likely he would have received multiple games. Must have been an agonizing decision for Shannahan. Regardless,,,we benefit from his absence. Don't have to stare at his ugly grin tonight. The place should smell a little better.

Actually, Lucic HAS been previously suspended before... if you recall, he got one game for delivering a cross-check to one of our guys' face in the playoffs in 2009. He's also received a number of fines for things that should have been suspended, but I digress. I actually like the call on this hit. It wasn't the worst hit from behind, but for a guy who obviously doesn't get it and doesn't care, it was necessary to give him something. That said, he could have and should have had a good 4-5 other suspensions in the past 2-3 years that were let off easy, so this doesn't make everything right in my books. Given how many times Lucic has been suspended/fined/warned/called in, the next time he pulls anything, no matter the result, it should be an automatic 10 games minimum. THEBIGGESTHABSFAN123
Great job Kubby. Were winning this one. RC said he'll give every line separate jobs, Moen-Pleks-Cammy is probably our "shut the opponents top players" lines. And the Eller and DD lines could be our scoring lines. kinot-1
Thanks for the GDT, and on the spur of the moment too, well done, 10. I understand that Campbell might not play (injury) as well as Pk. might not, (flu), and lucy with the suspension. It would be nice if Campbell couldn't go as well as lucy . Nice to see Travis back in. , we need his grit.

TOHABSfan16
I think we need to get whoever is on the end of our bench to work Claude during the game and get him back to coaching in Montreal then La Presse et al. can get back to worrying about winning hockey games Seriously though it will make my Christmas if we find a way to beat these jerks!
