Hydrostatic
Hot news, taken out of the MTL-BOS game before the third and now we find out he has been traded. Still awaiting news on where and for what/who he was traded.

js2
For Rene Bourque. @SNLouisJean Louis Jean #Habs acquire Rene Bourque. Not clear what else. Potentially prospects & picks.
detritus
Well, we always wanted to be bigger and meaner. This certainly fits that bill, and at a reasonable price. We lose the glitz and glam of a potential high scorer, but gain a nasty winger capable of 20-30. Depending on the secondary assets also changing hands.... I'm content with this trade. Assuming... Mr. Bourque... can keep his elbows down in the future (unless we're playing the bruins, then elbows are allowed)

Hydrostatic
Now confirmed. Cammalleri, rights to Kari Ramo and a fifth-rounder for Bourque, prospect Patrick Holland and a second-round pick in 2013.
detritus
Well... A 'sell-off' type deal, which also bodes well for next season in that we free up a bit of cap space to hopefully hold onto a player. Also.. acquiring a 2nd round pick, rather than dealing one, is a nice change of events.
Razor20
Sens fan here, not to bash at all, I'm just interested in this trade. Sounds like it's Camelleri to Calgary for Bourque and some picks (possible 1st or 2nd rounder). To me, it looks about even. I'm sure after Cam's comments u guys are pretty mad at him (reasonably so...) and ur getting a kid who still has good potential! Good luck the rest of the season! Razor20
Looks like it was just confirmed as I was typing my last post. Good trade for both teams, though I feel Calgary may have a slight advantage.

We weren't dealing from a position of strength. If we wanted him gone we needed to bite the bullet somewhat.

wmarcello
I love Cammy and am going to miss him, but I think this trade is good for the team. Bourque is a big, talented Habs killer. His size will go well with the likes of Cole, Patches, and AK. PG managed to free up $2.7 mil in cap space too.

habsftw19
Holland has 56 points in 39 games for the best team in the CHL. We needed size. Cammy's trade value was going down by the minute. More cap space, and a second rounder. Why are we complaining.
Lizardking89
Great deal for us Cammy was poison in the dressing room and we got good return for him.
Guest habs1952
Patrick Holland Drafted 2010 7th round 193 overall. http://www.hockeysfuture.com/prospects/patrick_holland This kid better be a diamond in the rough.
detritus
Point of interest... how many years has it been since all 4 of our top wingers were above 6' and 200lbs? A clear downgrade in top-end talent.. but if we can get bourque working...
Canine64
Holland 6ft, 160 lbs; should fit right in with the rest of the smurfs. Going to see Hamilton at Adirondack on SAT and NYR at MTL on SUN. I'll be the guy wearing the paper bag over my head. Maybe I should wear a plastic bag and tie it tight around my neck.... Sad time to be a fan of this team.
Nine1One
Cammy no matter how bad he's been he's been money in the play offs and thats worth a lot gm's have shown. PG didn't make it known to every gm that he was available.

PG didn't make it known to every gm that he was available. Ya beat me to it. What kind of GM is this seriously? You shop him around to every team and get the best offer. This was a quick slap dash deal to get Cammy out of here after throwing his teammates under the bus yesterday.
