waved off,,,,,,,,whew

I'm conflicted on that. On one hand, the game staying as it is would mean Carey only had to give up 1 goal, and that's nice for him. On the other hand, I'd really rather not see Lundqvist get a shutout.

And this is why the DD line needs to have that Ozone time, because when they're not scoring, they're useless. Pacioretty blew coverage on the Gaborik goal and the whole line was just running around aimlessly in our end.

Gorges has been awful tonight. Really sloppy with the puck, careless turnovers, and no ability to make a decent play under pressure. He's worn down IMO. Going forward he's a great guy on the second pairing, but he shouldn't be playing top-two minutes over a full season.

Finally, this makes about the 100th time that Bourque has received a great stretch pass, only to bobble it without even getting a shot on net. I thought Cammalleri was unengaged during his final months as a Hab; Bourque makes Cammalleri look like a human sparkplug. Absolutely no interest in competing, hasn't been interested in weeks.

I look at that as a plus. :) for tanking purposes.
