He cannot play another game in the KHL until his ITC is approved by the IIHF. A player's ransfer card must be signed by the original country, the new country, and the player. I haven't seen that since Tiger Williams did it. i have no problems with celebrations, but c'mon, a little excessive. Fleury did in during the post season. He could take a lesson from Gagne... He got the GWG, did his celebration and then celebrated with his teammates. Nail pushed past all his teammates and ended up at centre ice so he'd be right in the spotlight. After tying the game with seconds remaining, Yakupov slid the length of the ice on his knees, a move that didn't sit well with some Kings' players.
