The Habs are expected to ice the same lineup as their last game vs Ottawa.

The Bruins will be without Paille and Thornton. Marchant is a game day decision.

PRICE vs RASK

Carey Price made 32 saves for the Habs in his last start vs Ottawa, and is currently leading the League with 6 wins to his name.

Tuukka Rask was blasted for six goals on 31 shots in losing to the Sabres, but notched a 21-save performance versus the Maple Leafs to post his 12th career shutout and push Boston's record to 6-1-1.

And a little history lesson. On this day ....

1943 - Montreal's Ray Getliffe scores five goals to lead the Canadiens to an 8-3 triumph over the Boston Bruins.

Great GDT HTL!

Skate, skate, skate and when your pooped skate some more. Speed and hustle can win this game regardless of toughness. They can't hit what they can't catch. GO HABS GO!!!!!!

Terrific GDT, htl, we can do this. :)

From what I've read on the ruins board, Marchand won't play. They have a 3rd line call-ups from the AHL. Can't wait 'til 7:30.

Confirmed on TSN radio.

Nice GDT, htl!

Rask hasn't played well against the Habs in the past too

Can't wait for the game!

What does Boston say when they get beat by the habs?

we are Boston creamed! hahahaha

From the ruins board,

"I'm sorry but I just think a very large majority of the MTL fanbase are just delusional in general...

I am predicting a 3-0ish loss. The Habs are playing really well and we are all Jekyll and Hyde of late.

Just curious: do the refs count against the cap for the Habs? Did they settle this in the new CBA?"

Bunch of comedians over there.

Therien understands this rivalry and he should have put White back in the lineup over Armstrong. Colbys brought nothing this year and has no toughness, woulda been a perfect time for Ryan to get back and prove his worth to his teammates by playing a smart on the edge game.
