It’s Tuesday October 1st 2013, the clock shows 7h00 pm, you’re sitting in your Bell Centre seat and you just heard Michel Lacroix loudly speak his first welcoming words of the 2013-2014 regular season. You can’t wait to see what kind of show the Habs have come up with to present the players this season. You can’t wait for the National Anthem to be over, luckily this game, there’s only one to go through...

It’s Tuesday October 1st 2013, the clock shows 7h00 pm, you’re sitting in your favorite chair in front of your TV and you’re patiently suffering through the welcoming blabla of the CBC or RDS crew. You can’t wait to see what kind of show the Habs have come up with to present the players this season and you hope they will show it on TV. You can’t wait for the National Anthem to be over, luckily this game, there’s only one to go through...

You’re excited, it’s finally happening, hockey is back for real, DROP THAT PUCK !!! Bring out the giraffe twins, the dancing bananas and sing along: 12 pouces 5 dollars! I don’t know about you but me, I’m totally pumped for that moment ! :D

Assuming that your hockey pools drafts are completed, that you've entered your answers in all the predictions thread on this forum and considering that all stats are at zero before the first game, and that official starting lineups were not announced by the coaches yet, there's nothing much more for me to post in here to open the thread.

So while we still have quite a few hours to wait still, I'll end my rambling with some pre-game reading material taken directly from the teams' 2013-2014 PR campaigns. Well, Toronto didn’t exactly publish one so I figured that it should be similar to Montreal’s considering the NHL is one big family, right? ;)

I just wanted to make sure everyone had their pre-requisites all done (predictions, pool, etc) and had time to read the fine print :lol:

I couldn't have described the Leafs any better. You sure you don't live down here?? :lol:

No I dont and I dont think I ever will. :P I have enough with our head office being there and that most of the business leaders I support are in Tdot. Monthly leadership meetings are often 'embellished' with hockey banter. It's always fun for me, the lowly manager, to pick on the big bosses :lol:
