RicochetII
I'm no fan of Bettman, but if you boo over everything he says, there's nowhere to go when he says something you don't like. Aside from that, when he's talking about minor hockey, charities, etc. At least give the subject matter a little positive acknowledgement. I'm not expecting a lot of movement. I think teams balked a little with the cap announcement. I think the price was too high anyway.

RicochetII
That's a good pick for Buffalo. That's a team that could actually conceivably go somewhere with its current crop of prospects, I think. Time for the latest unfortunate soul excited future Oiler! Lol. It's probably another young forward. Too bad the Oilers don't understand that those players can be traded to get other types of players.
habs_93
Well, it'll be exciting to see how Edmonton manage to be terrible next year with yet another blue chip prospect.

RicochetII
The 2030 Edmonton Oilers will be comprised of nothing but top 10 picks, and they will still be scratching their heads.

RicochetII
If we're going to trade up, it's now or never imo. I'd move up for Ehlers. Course I'm a Haligonian, so may be biased. WPG has #9. Surprised Toronto went Euro. Ritchie still available.
