Kevin Poulin confirmed in for the Isles. Vanek is questionable.

For the Habs, Gabriel Dumont will replace George Parros in the line-up (thankfully).

Kudos to Therrien.

Great GDT kinot. I think tonight's the night. The end of a disappointing stretch and the start of a good one. :D

If we play like we did against the Sens without those defensive errors, then we should win this one.

Islanders won't be an easy game. They're a threat to make the playoffs this year IMO and they always play us tough. We'll need the A effort tonight.

Missing Vanek, starting their back-up goalie, playing on back-to-back nights, on the road... The odds say this is a game we should win. That said, I agree that it'll come down to whether we come out with a good effort tonight against a pesky team. I think we will. My feeling is that the EGG line will have a big game and leads us to victory. Prediction: Habs 4-2 win.

OH GREAT. First time french goaltender at the Bell. We're doomed.

Meh, he's come into a game half-way through (I believe in Long Island though) and we did just fine against him.

We usually do okay in the first, but when we don't score off our pressure, it eats at us and we lose momentum. It's imperative that we get a goal in the first ten minutes and build off that.

He's got family there tonight. We'll soon see.
