FirstStar
Unfortunately people that decide the final lineup might not see it that way. They've breathed hockey their whole lives, they know what is and what isn't important.
Guest
Big time. If we don't get one, I have a sick feeling that Barfalo will. I think the next one will be an empty netter.

HabsRuleForever
This is the biggest mental issue with the team, and it's been happening for a decade or so. I'm willing to accept that it might be confirmation bias by us, but I really don't feel like other teams do it as severely as we do.I agree but I can't speak for other teams cause I never watch them. Big time. If we don't get one, I have a sick feeling that Barfalo will. That would make me hurl.

Noob616
They've breathed hockey their whole lives, they know what is and what isn't important. That's what people said about the 2006 selection committee too. Literally just got my stream going, how's the game been? See we haven't been as good as you'd hope against the Sabres... FirstStar
They're not tired.....they're just playing down to the level of their bottom-dweller opponent.....as usual. This really should stop. I'm seeing fatigue, have seen it on PK over the last few games. Mental errors are usually not part of his game.
habs_93
I agree but I can't speak for other teams cause I never watch them. That would make me hurl. I watch a lot of games. Probably too many. Other teams that have similar point percentages as us don't have as much of a 'systemic' problem with bottom feeders. Yet another dirty play by Buffalo. I'm willing to accept that it might be confirmation bias by us, but I really don't feel like other teams do it as severely as we do. I agree. That said, a part of me is willing to concede that this time might be a natural occurence that all teams might fall victim to. We've played so much hockey and won some hard games and I can see how they might subconsciously dial it in against a team so far down in the standings. We've all brought less than our own 'A game' to our own jobs when we expect things not to be as difficult as usual.
ClassicHabsFan
3 of our last 4 games were at home... Meant back to back Boston, two Devil games one here and one there, - Misspoke.

We've all brought less than our own 'A game' to our own jobs when we expect things not to be as difficult as usual. That sounds about right to me. In particular, we've lost some really painful close games. Ones that we could've gotten a point out of or maybe even won if the games lasted 65 minutes instead of 60. Basically we just have super weird luck.

spyVSspy
They've breathed hockey their whole lives, they know what is and what isn't important. Not on the big ice, these power forward lineups under achieved in international hockey, we gotta go with speed, that's why Seguin should be on the team.
