beaubie
I actually forgot that I had this game to do =/ so I whipped this up pretty quickly. It's a bit early and devoid of information because I won't be able to post this tomorrow. Enjoy the game everyone!

kinot-1
Stupid questio but what is GDT?Not stupid at all. A GDT means "Game Day Thread". Members of the forums who have over 100 posts, create them every game-day, (usually the night before). All members are then welcome to come onto the thread and make comments about only that game, as well as during the game which many of us watch and discuss while it is happening. Think of it this way, Habs friends sitting in a big room and discussing the game. It's a lot of fun (most of the time ). We hope you will join us. If you have any more questions or if I didn't make myself clear, please feel free to ask, someone will help you. If you have any other questions regarding the forum, you can post them here: http://fans.canadiens.nhl.com/community/topic/26340-questions-comments-concerns/
Flying_Lion
Beauty thread, beaubie, as always. That you "whipped it up pretty quickly" is why I don't put forth my own GDTs very often. I tend to spend a bit of time on them and they're just glorified spreadsheets and pilfered internet pictures. Stupid questio but what is GDT? Not a stupid question at all. kinot already answered in the post above but it's worth noting that abbreviations are used a lot around here. MT, MB, DD, .... Evidently, keystrokes are at a premium. vegasrick
Ultimate trap game. Islanders have won only once in their past 12 games. Ryan Strome making his NHL debut. Nabokov likely to make his first start since mid-November. All the pieces are in place. I'd love to see the Habs come back to life in this one, but I'm expecting Strome to score a goal (at least) in his first NHL game against us, Nabokov to be lights-out and show everyone why he's the #1, and the again-sleepy Habs to make the Isles look like a conference champion in trying to win by throwing their sticks out on the ice. Meanwhile, the stupid prunes keep winning. Oh, well, that 15 minutes of being first in the division was fun while it lasted.

vegasrick
Low expectations, Rick? What can I say....I'm a realist. Well I guess there's no reason to watch now then. Sometimes I wish I could have the time back spent from watching games I wish I hadn't......is that too much wishing? I mean, for a realist? Guest habs1952
The way the Habs have played the last 2 games I'm not really expecting a win tonight especially against the lowly Islanders who also show up for Habs games. That won't stop me from cheering them on though! GO HABS GO!!!!
