Manatee-X
Out of curiosity, does anybody know if they do anything with the clock in the event of a coach's challenge being accepted? Consider the following scenario. With a little under two minutes left in the game, Team A is down 3-2 but gets a power play. Team B wins the draw and ices the puck, but team A immediately retrieves it and brings it back into the offensive zone (offside, but the refs don't notice). Team A pulls their goalie to make it 6 on 4, spends the whole PP in the attacking zone and then finally scores with ten seconds to go. Everybody celebrates, the crowd goes wild - but wait! Coach's challenge! And, sure enough, the video shows that team A was offside. So what happens now? Does the clock get reset to the time of the offside? Or does it stay where it was at the time of the goal, meaning that team A not only lost their goal but their entire 6 on 4 power play?
