It was definitely a goal. Only Bettman's "bargain basement" NHL technology prevented it from being conclusive. Well, that and the fact that Toronto is involved in an anti-Habs conspiracy.

Yeah, I think the idea behind that line is to be able to have some of our best players out there playing lots of minutes, while also being able to shutdown other teams top guys. Dont want to play guys like Bournival/Prust/etc around 20 mins a night to try to shut Ovi down.
