Just saw another replay of the Prust-Anderson debacle on TVA... I take back what I said about Prust starting that; Anderson actually spears Prust first and Prust responds with a spear of his own, followed by three Anderson slashes. Anderson clearly the one who instigates that stick war and while both guys should have been thrown out, it's clear the Sens should not have been whining about Prust when it was their own goalie who pulled out the stickwork first.

Agreed CBC just showed it as well.

No biggie. We'll just eliminate them tonight and the Senators can moan and groan all summer long! :D

So the Kings, Sharks, Bruins, and Flyers all miss the playoffs. The Blues, Preds, and Pens are already out. This thing is really wide open right now. The West has got a shaky-possession/inexperienced-goalie #1 seed and then two #3's and a #4 seed moving on. You have two other #3 seeds who are a win away from the next round... if the Habs can eliminate Ottawa they have as good a chance as anyone left. A lot of the teams we traditionally have trouble with are gone.
