Clues
Tuesday, December 22nd, 2015 CANADIENS (20-12-3) at WILD (17-9-6)TV: NBCSN, RDS, SNE8:00pm Season series: The Montreal Canadiens and Minnesota Wild each won at home last season, with the Wild winning 2-1 at Xcel Energy Center on Dec. 3, 2014. David Desharnais had two assists to lead Montreal. Minnesota's Jason Pominville had two goals.Canadiens team scope: Montreal will look to end a four-game losing streak, all against Western Conference opponents. It has been outscored 17-4 during that span. The Canadiens are 2-8-0 in December and have won three games since goaltender Carey Price sustained a lower-body injury on Nov. 25. "Puck luck is going to turn," Canadiens coach Michel Therrien said following a 5-1 loss to the Nashville Predators on Monday. "We need better performances from goaltending, obviously. Every goalie that we face, they end up having the first star. The thing a coach could ask is that they are focused on playing the right way, playing in a structure and having a really good work ethic. This is what we ask from the players."Wild team scope: Minnesota also plays its second game in as many nights following a 6-3 loss to the Dallas Stars at Xcel Energy Center on Monday. "We want to prove that we are one of the top teams in the League," coach Mike Yeo said. "It was a good opportunity for us to do that [Monday], but lucky for us, we'll get another chance." Goaltender Darcy Kuemper is expected to start; he has won each of his past two starts and is 3-0-4 this season.

habs_93
We had Dubnyk? Yep. Acquired for futures from Nashville. To be fair, his renaissance probably has a lot to do with working with Sean Burke in Arizona. So I'm not sure we ever had this Dubnyk. Would the same thing have happened had he gone to training camp with Stéphane Waite? Who knows.
