Or Sekac.

He can't figure out a way to maximize the talents of Galchenyuk, Beaulieu, Eller, Andrighetto, or so on.

The one constant in all of this is not lazy players or a lack of talent. It's that the coach can't make it work. I can understand when a coach has issues with one guy like a Ribeiro or a Sergei Kostitsyn. But this is a coach who has failed over and over with some pretty skilled guys.
