I would like to see Galchenyuk stay with Shaw and Lekohnen at center or wing.
BigTed3
I'll come back to this, which I proposed a few days ago: Pacioretty-Galchenyuk-Gallagher Byron-Plekanec-Radulov Lehkonen-Danault-Shaw Ott-Mitchell-McCarron We need to get Pacioretty going. We need to get Galchenyuk more help offensively. And that Lehkonen-Danault-Shaw line has been lights-out in the past. It also puts Danault back into a role that's more comfortable for him. I'm not particularly concerned about any of these lines' ability to play defence, and in any case, we could keep Galchenyuk away from Nash if we wanted to because we have last change at the Bell. manquant
Depending on the Ghost to show up isn't working. I'd demote him. and try these lines Lehkonen-Galchenyuk-GallagherByron-Plekanec-RadulovPacioretty-Danault-ShawOtt-Mitchell-McCarronon defense, I'd switch Beaulieu for Davidson. Come on, Claude. Do it. The primary goal to winning needs to be getting Pacman and Galchenyuk going. They're going to be better together than apart as far as offence generation and who better to help them than a surging and confident Gallagher. Last night was a huge blow but we've seen for long stretches in this series that we can be the better team. This series does not have to be over but Julien needs to get the best possible players and combinations out there if we have a chance of winning. I love all 3 of your top lines because: 1) Gallagher (who's on fire) with Pacman and Galchenyuk - if anyone on our roster can jumpstart those two, he's the guy 2) Pleks/Byron-Radu should be a totally capable 2 way line with really good scoring potential 3) Lehks-Danault-Shaw has been tenacious in the past & i think would be very very hard for the rags' lower lines to contain. I dont think we'll see that fourth line changed (despite Mac being a much better choice than King) because i think Julien loves king on the PK and as long as it remains at 100% i dont see him making any changes. BigTed3
Thought I'd look not at lines now but at possible projections for lines two years from now. Plekanec will be gone, Emelin will be gone, and it gives us the chance to work in some of the guys who might be coming down the pipeline. Hopefully we can retain Carey and Radulov...
