Guest Regis2
I actually meant MT and his assistants should be attending this - or there should be one for them so they don't screw things up again like last year

Guest
Soupy (Bouillon) apparently is helping out as a guest coach.

ramcharger440
I have no problem with Bouillion helping out, he was a great defenseman. if he was a few inches taller he would have been a stud.

PuckPundit
Everyone is waiting for Sergachev to earn a spot in the lineup when the new season starts . If I remembered correctly, Galchenyuk was the last draftee to become a regular in the team lineup the next season after he was drafted in 2012. None of the Habs' draftees have made such an instantaneous jump into the team since.

It's rare though but when you're drafting in the top10 its at least possible and in this case we did

BigTed3
Lapointe really really likes Sergachev! say Reway is pretty special as well. Lapointe even stated he wouldn't be surprised if Sergachev made the team out of camp this year... that came as a surprise to me, because we rarely see the Habs support that type of thing. jeff33
hearing good things about hudon yet again.....this is 2 excellent years in the A and now an impressive camp. given that he keeps it up, its indefensible that he gets no shot at the big club

Habberwacky
The challenge with Sergachev will be in getting him enough ice-time to continue developing, but I think he has outgrown junior and do not see the point in sending him down again. We could start him as a third pairing guy and move him up as the season goes on while giving him some time on the PP.

Can someone confirm he shoots left? I read an article this morning & they had him ranked behind Weber, Petry etc because he "shoots right" but when I double checked I saw it said he shoots left. If he does in fact shoot left I think he has a much higher chance of making the team than if he shoots right, where we're pretty set going forward. Guest
How boring a place this discussion board would be if we all had the same opinion. This kid sounds like a real keeper. Let's hope he keeps climbing that curb. Would be nice to see with Marky nearing the end of his illustrious career.
