BigTed3
Does a rookie camp even matter with current management? None of them are going to get a legitimate shot anyways...

Players that will not be used camp? Management likes to be "seen" to be doing something.

HabsRuleForever
After securing a convincing 8-3 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins’ prospects on Friday afternoon in the opener of the 2016 Rookie Tournament in London, ON, the Canadiens’ young guns were back on the ice on Saturday morning preparing for a tilt against the Toronto Maple Leafs’ top youngsters at Budweiser Gardens. - Zachary Fucale will get the start in goal for the Canadiens, while Michael McNiven will serve as his back up. Up front, Martin Lapointe will keep the line of Artturi Lehkonen, Michael McCarron and Nikita Scherbak together after they combined to generate eight points against the Penguins. Scratches on the back end include Mikhail Sergachev, Noah Juulsen and Brett Lernout.
BigTed3
Sergachev was the story today in the Habs' rookie team loss to the Sens... he had two assists and a number of big checks, but was taken out of the game with a late blindside hit by Sens rookie Dunn, who was called for boarding on the play. Segachev left with an upper body injury and did not return. Unclear if it was for precautionary reasons or an actual injury, but to be followed up on. Both Sergachev and McCarron have looked too good for the rest of the rookies thus far.

Noob616
Sergachev looks awesome. A dynamic, play driving, quick skating, and skilled defenseman that makes great passes and great plays at both ends of the ice? When was the last time we had one of those?!?! jedimaas
To think we could have had 2. Its not inconceivable that our blueline could have been: McDonaugh - Subban Sergachev - Petry Markov - Beaulieu
