habs_93
Actually, it was. Shows how close I was listening, huh? I'm not sure why this isn't available on NHL.tv. The other preseason games have been, so far.
Habs=stanleycup
Yes Byron scored the 1st and only goal. Impressive 1st period from Byron, Montoya, Mitchell

Habs=stanleycup
Habs getting outplayed in the 2nd for sure. Desperation dumping and chasing. Montoya not getting much help. Byron looking good, as well as Scherbak & Gregoire who both came close. Danault showing a bit more presence.

Habs=stanleycup
From the Ottawa Sun: Playing an undermanned Habs’ team that featured little NHL experience and a lot of players who are going to be on their AHL affiliate in St. John’s, NL, this season, the Senators surrendered a one-goal lead in the final minute and then lost on Phillip Danault’s winner only 46 seconds into the 3-on-3 OT. To make matters worse, Brian Flynn tied it up with only 36 seconds left with an extra attacker and goalie Al Montoya pulled. Paul Byron had three points for the Habs while centre Kyle Turris and Mike Hoffman did the scoring for the Senators, who had a solid effort from goalie Andrew Hammond. http://www.ottawasun.com/2016/10/01/ottawa-senators-lose-in-overtime-against-short-handed-montreal-canadiens-in-pre-season-play
Habs=stanleycup
From Habs eye on the prize: Despite assembling a ragtag bunch of new prospects, fourth liners and AHLers, the Canadiens didn’t look out of place against the Senators. Whether this was due to how well the Habs played or how terrible the Sens are in general, you be the judge. http://www.habseyesontheprize.com/2016/10/1/13132832/canadiens-vs-senators-top-six-minutes-highlights-lol-sens-icecaps-just-beat-you-preseason
