Outcome as expected.  No surprises.

But that Kesler line was really effective.  First time Radulov-Galchenyuk were completely neutralized throughout a match.

Carey Price can't save ANY team that can't score.

Team should thank its lucky stars divisional rivals couldn't take advantage of the loss to close the points gap.

You laughed but we did make a game of it. Fell a little short this time.

Yeah, I thought so too. Definitely deserved a better fate. I also don't think that Radulov and Galchenyuk were neutralized, Radu finished the night with 6 shots on goal I believe and almost scored on that breakaway.

Some notable stats:

• DD had five shots on goal, as did Alexei Emelin (who had 10 shots attempts). Neither of them scored.

• Galchenyuk didn’t have a shot on goal.

• The third pairing, Greg Pateryn and Mark Barberio, played about 15 minutes.

• Radulov had six SoG, as did Silfverberg and Rakell for Anaheim.

• No back-to-backs in California is a first since 1996.
