NEED TO KNOW

The Leafs went into Friday’s game with points in nine of their last 10 games (6-1-3). Toronto is tied with Montreal for the fifth-best offence in the NHL with 3.03 goals per game, but Frederik Andersen (2.63 goal-against average, .920 save percentage) hasn’t solved their goaltending problems and the Leafs have allowed 2.81 goals a game to rank 20th in the NHL.
Andersen confirmed starter, after playing last night.

Toronto is 10-for-25 on the power play in its past seven games. Matthews has 15 goals in the past 19 games, a stretch that started with two goals in a 5-4 shootout loss to the Devils (16-17-7) at Prudential Center on Nov. 23.

Projected lines.

Pacioretty Danault Radulov
Lehkonen Plekanec Andrighetto
Carr Mitchell Flynn
Farnham MaCarron Sherbak

Emelin Weber
Beaulieu Petry
Barberio Johnston

Refs for tonight are Jean Hebert and Brian Pochmara.

Hopefully our kids can beat their kids tonight. Let's not put the whole load on Price's shoulders please.

I'm assuming we might get their backup tonight? Is Andersen for sure??

Andersen is confirmed. 3rd time this year he plays back-to-back.

Just to remind everyone- They did beat us like 12 games ago.

Ya,,, they're on a roll. We have to end this senseless winning streak of theirs.

Normally i would say,,,,no problem. Not 100% confident tonight. I fear this one won't be easy. We'll need our A game out of our C lineup.
