Refs have already blown the missed headshot on Byron, now they've blown the high stick goal review. What's the point of review if they keep getting these wrong?

Refs give the goal to Santini, which means they're saying it didn't get deflected at all... that's utter crap. Replay clearly shows a deflection and that deflection was high.
