So apparently the Leafs are better then the Kings? I love these T.O. announcers. They've already awarded the Leafs 2 points before the game starts.

The source. <_<

It's ironic that MB went out and picked up all those big bodies and it's our little guys that won the game tonight. Go figure.

Speed kills.

Wow reading this I was struck by all the negativity until the very end when happily and mostly for the regulars here, amazingly,  the Habs fire up a regulation win.  Interesting to watch it develop.  I'm sure, if we go deep into the playoffs, some of you will have an ulcer burst.  Thanks for a very interesting recounting.   Bon Soir

Well that's because we sucked for the first two and a half periods.

REGULATION BABY!

Congratulations! I didn't know you were expecting. I'm happy you ended up with a standard issue version. :P

Lots of issues in this game and with our play in general are coming into focus now that we've seen some of the players with an extended absence of Therrien. Questionable engagement decisions, especially between puck or body, and aggressive or passive puck recovery. Errant passes and plays around the boards, that are either too short or too long for our players to act on. Area passes are falling closer to opponents than teammates as well. Those are just for starters.

Glad to see Gallagher and Byron doing what they do best. It's been a while. Gallagher with his tenacious work ethic and Byron with timely speed.

Was nice to see Subban in Montreal again of course. If only it were on a permanent basis. *sighs*

Lot of issues with the team tonight and they let the bad reffing get to them to boot. Didn't help that Shaw's bonehead penalty put us in the hole once again.

Ugh. We were lucky nobody was injured tonight between the hits from behind and high sticks.

I was hoping Shaw was finally coming around, and he could focus on hockey now because we acquired other players. Taking someone down on your way to the bench is neither smart nor helpful. His production is in an expected range, but his 30%(ish) increase in PIM with these dolt plays definitely isn't.

When the new GM comes in,,, we'll get PK back. :)

First, you have to find $9 million cap space.  Maybe more because of inflation. Plus the pay rises due to Price, Radulov, Pacioretty and Galchenyuk. :6396:.

Depends on PK actually, if he wants back in he`ll get in. ^_^

Sure, if he decides to take a huge salary discount. :4224:

He bailed out Beaulieu 3 times tonight!  Beaulieu owes him a steak dinner.

The team needs a brutal enforcer

Talk is useless if he doesn't get the chance to play.  Come on, let us see Ott in one game at least.  :6188:

There's always the possibility of the cap going up too.

It wouldn't surprise me if we some of the new guys tomorrow.
