SINCE PHOTOBUCKET IS NO LONGER MY FRIEND, I'LL WING IT. :5155:

TONIGHT, OUR TEAM WILL TRAVEL TO BUFFALO TO TRY TO WIN OUR FIRST GAME OF THE NEW SEASON.

If there is one improvement on the Habs from the start of the pre-season until now, it is the increased chemistry between all the lines. Gone are the days of the line blender, and we may see more consistent line-ups come from head coach Claude Julien. Max Pacioretty, Jonathan Drouin, and Brendan Gallagher have clicked wonderfully so far, looking as if they’ve played together for years, as shown by these two very similar goals against Ottawa:

HERE'S WHAT WE/I KNOW (from yesterday).

Lines
Pacioretty - Drouin - Gallagher
Hudon - Plekanec - Lehkonen
Galchenyuk - Danault - Shaw
Byron - De La Rose - Hemsky

Mete - Weber
Alzner - Petry
Benn - Streit
Morrow - Davidson

Price
Montoya

PP units:
power play units:
First:
Hemsky
Drouin - Galchenyuk - Pacioretty
Weber

Second:
Shaw/Gallagher - Hudon - Lehkonen
Petry - Mete/Streit

OUR DRIVE FOR 25 STARTS TONIGHT.

That would be nice but I think that's maybe a tad optimistic Jedi?

Maybe but ive been saying all summer that I think this team will be a lot better than most of the "sky is falling" contingent her seems to think they will be.  I still dont believe we're built to make a deep playoff run but maybe the youngsters like Mete, Hudon and DLR taking on key roles will change my mind or maybe MB will make some key changes before April.  Either way, I expect us to be quite good during the regular season at very least.

Oh I'm with you for sure. The coaching change will be a huge difference too as we've seen already with our opening day line-up.

I'm actually glad there's a fast west coast swing so we don't get off to a blistering start & then crash & burn.
