Replay shows Niederreiter fell all by himself and Morrow was 3 feet away. What a terrible brutal made-up call. How do you explain that as a ref? What did you claim to have seen?

We're not even talking about contact where it's unclear if the contact cause the fall or not. There wasn't anything close to contact by Morrow. So the ref literally just made up the call because he saw a guy fall. That should in all honesty be a $5k fine to the ref.

Wild had too many men on there. Guy came on 5 seconds before the other one went off and he joined the rush.

OK, pretty even period.  Both teams had chances.  That Lindgren kid is the real deal.  Give him the job.  The refs are still absolutely brutal, but as long as Bettman runs the show, I don't expect anything to change.
