I think it's somewhat funny that 80% of the fanbase was able to predict three years ago that Therrien's system would crumble, Bergevin would screw up the Subban negotiations and end up alienating or trading him, and the Habs would struggle to win as soon as they weren't getting all-star goaltending. It was all entirely predictable. That Molson, Bergevin, and company couldn't see what all of us could is disturbing but also funny because of how obvious it was.

they hitched their wagon to that "system" and we are all reaping the consequences.  Problem is, they are all getting richer and we are just unhappy fans

it sure looks that way.  I blinked after the goal and Deslaurier was back on the ice again!  He may lead the forwards in ice time

Deslauriers started that with bumping Rinne. But Rinne should get the penalty for punching Gallagher in the face. If he used blocker, then that's the automatic game misconduct that never gets applied.
