Price is the best goalie in the world and Brossoit is a backup still trying to get his feet wet. But, you don’t get to pick your battles and Brossoit has to come up with some saves. He was good against Philadelphia but still has a propensity to let in a goal that doesn’t look good — Jack Eichel’s 40-footer in Buffalo, Sam Bennett and Johnny Gaudreau in Calgary, Dale Weise in the Philly game. Price has bounced back after an awful start to the season and a lower-body injury. kinot-2s GDT Record 8-5-

BigTed3
Still find it really cheap of the Habs to not pay someone to sing the anthem for all-Canadian games... didn't Forbes just say they were worth well over a billion dollars? I'm fine with Jerabek being in there, and there's not question about Weber and Petry deserving their spots. But Karl Alzner deserves to sit or at least be in some sort of rotation... Mete and Jerabek are way better than him.

She's there from time to time, but for the Canadian match-ups, they get the fans to sing the anthem. So cheap.

BigTed3
And a weak clearing by Hudon along the boards too... seems like it's not only Galchenyuk who has issues there. He's just the only one to get laid into for it.

BigTed3
The ref didn't call it a goal. Then the Oilers started celebrating so he blew it down... what the heck?!? That play should have kept going and we would have had a 5 on 0 while Edmonton falsely celebrated...

Edmonton got a break that the play was whistled dead when we could have turned it back up ice for free.
