TONITE, THE SENS ARE IN TOWN

  7:30 PM ET  Ottawa @ Montreal  TSN2, RDS, TSN5

DON'T MISS IT (LIVE OR ON DELAY AS THE CASE MAY BE).

WHAT WE KNOW FOR SURE:

Dlo WILL BE REPLACED BY PECA, OTHERWISE NO CHANGES.

LAST 10 GP, HABS, 3-5-2

SENS, 5-5-0

The Canadiens finished October as one of the biggest surprises in the NHL. They were sitting tied for 5th place in the Eastern Conference with a 6-3-2 record that was largely fueled by the sixth best goals against per game number in the league.

Given the collapses that Habs fans have witnessed in previous seasons, a 5-6-3 November was not a terrible month by any stretch. However, the team saw their goals against per game jump from 2.67 to 3.86, with the latter number good for 29th in a 31-team league.

Tale of the Tape

Here’s how the lines and defence pairings looked at Tuesday’s morning skate:

Drouin – Domi – Shaw
Tatar – Danault – Byron
Gallagher – Kotkaniemi – Lehkonen
Agostino – Chaput – Deslauriers/Peca
Hudon

Kulak – Weber
Schlemko – Petry
Reilly – Benn
Ouellet – Juulsen

According to the Gazette, Peca wins the DLo/Peca question and Deslauriers is (finally) out.

Dont mind that switch (Gallagher to JK's wing).  Should be good for both of them  & i dont think Byron/JK really gel that well together.

Would really like to see Reilly up next to Weber (although Kulak has not looked bad there).  Schlemko really needs to go or move down the lineup.   I am still putting hope in the idea that he is being scouted by Dallas.

SPECIAL TEAMS

OTT: PP 23.3% (10th); PK 70% (30th)

MTL: PP 14.9% (29th); PK 78.4% (19th)

The Senators have won three straight coming into this one, but they’re just 3-8-1 on the road coming into this one.

Matt Duchene had eight goals and 22 points in 15 games last month to help lead the way for the Senators.

In 38 career games vs. Ottawa, Price has a 22-9-5 record with a .921 save-percentage and 2.33 goals-against average.

Hard to understand why the coaches don't see what all the rest of us notice on a nightly basis. Hopefully when Armia is back he's the one (Dlo) waived to make room,,, but i'm not holding my breath.

TSN has shown the line up and it's not the same as was posted.
