Yeah, he does catch him on the back of the head, but

1. Shaw isn't even looking at him when the contact happens, he's focused on trying to get onside. No intent whatsoever, purely accidental.

2. McQuaid looks like he embellishes and is trying to draw a more severe penalty.

After Byron's incident, Shaw better not go anywhere near trying to fight anyone, especially with his concussion history.
