Great game this afternoon. We play this way against Minnesota and they may get shutout again

The Minny game is no gimmee. Back to back road games for us with our backup playing vs a rested home team who should be in a miserable mood. Early season trap game IMO.

Yes it is but at the same time these are games we have to win if we want to be a serious contender for the playoffs. the team seems to have a good never give up vibe right now. we have to flush Folin though!

I don't think Folin is that terrible. He's still a better option then Alzner.  He had a bad game today and hasn't meshed well with Chariot so far. Not sure Reilly would be any better, but knowing CJ,,,, we likely won't find out.

i would keep Fleury over Folin anyday and i see more potential in Reilly. and i agree Folin is better than Alzner for sure. i just wan;t to see us develop  Fleury as soon as we can according to what he can take of course. i don't feel Folin gets the puck out of the zone well his first pass is soft.

Folin = ok.  Chiarot = ok.  Folin + Chiarot = bad.

I dont mind either paired with Fleury or Reilly but together they really are not fun to watch.  Honestly id rather dress Reilly - Fleury on the 3rd pair i think although I can live with Chiarot - Fleury.

That's a very fair assessment. Even when Folin and Reilly were paired for that one game, they didn't look as inept as Folin Chariot, although Folin just had a brutal game today so it's not all on Chariot. The Blues were just too much to handle for him. I don't see CJ using Reilly unless he has no other options, so Fleury is likely our best bet when he's healthy again.

Ya i think in the coming weeks things will be clearer with who CJ thinks he "cant lose" (if they go on waivers) and who he thinks he can risk.
