Answer to question three is simple none Kinot is simply doing the GDT once for each Kinot there is.

So that tells me that he doesn't have a lot of confidence in Kinkaid when he won't name him as starter in an obvious backup situation ( B2B). Maybe Carey gets both and with 4 games in 6 nights, that's troubling.

Methinks it should be a no-brainer that Kincaid starts on Sat.
