At this point, they need to just go and try to wreck the Leafs top players. Refs not giving us any chance tonight anyways.

For sure. Leafs getting away with a lot of sneaky dirty penalty worthy actions.

If anything..I think this series so far anyway...shows that the Laffs are not as great as their fans want to believe they are...IMHO

They're NOT going to win the Cup, that's for sure! I predict them reaching the semi-finals at best.  But if Winnipeg does eliminate Oilers, then things may come to an end before that.  Just need a better team than Habs to eliminate the Leafs.

That's it! No coming back from this!  Told you the series is going to be tied heading back to Montreal .

At least I don't owe archey any chocolate cherries :frech1:.

Still lots of time. Habs should be raring to go in the 3rd period.

If we can stay close in these games, I like our chances. We keep playing this way? We can beat these Leafs.

Thus far, Habs players playing well: Byron, Lehkonen, Kotkaniemi, Danault, Price, Petry, Edmundson, Kulak

Guys who are playing poorly: Merrill, Chiarot, Staal, Perry, Gallagher, Tatar, Suzuki, Toffoli

Lots of passengers so far in this one. Lots of guys who should be creating offence who haven't in either of the first two games. Top two lines virtually invisible in this regard.

Agree...as an aside about Perry...I think he is nervous/scared playing tonight

Defensively,  I think Toffoli is playing well. Could do more offensively,  but he could bring it in the 3rd. Lotta penalties taking away from the flow. The rest? Spot on. Hope they pick it up, but Perry looks gassed & Gallagher just isn't in game shape yet.

Again read my true comment above ^....they are upset Laff fans who stole the real refs uniforms...no way real refs make these calls and not make a bunch of others.

Yes. I read your 'true' comments. I think it's just more incompetent/ inconsistent reffing that we have seen all season and seasons before. It just makes it tougher,  but they have to turn the other cheek and not take stupid penalties themselves.

One bad period where Gallagher and KK took really stupid penalties and DD made a questionable challenge. Our D played well with only Petry not up to his best but still OK.  KK had one good shift but I hope he'll get better. It is not the end of the world.

I don't subscribe to the Qanon type conspiracy theories about the refs and Ontario guys screwing us over, I would suggest we play better hockey and ignore any suggestion to try and injure Toronto players.
