I'm sorry I haven't posted here in a while concerning the recent games with Las Vegas. I can assure you that I have been watching them. The Habs are proving they can play with anyone. It's nice to see the Habs play well. But one thing disturbed me in the last game - they were waiting for Vegas to come to them for most of the game. When they fell behind, they got a sense of urgency and came back and won. I think they need to do better at this throughout the entire game.

Take the game to Las Vegas and not get outshot by a 2 to 1 margin.  Is that what you're referring to?

There wasn't a lot to like for most of the last game, and they only squeaked away with a win because of the fluke of Fleury's beautiful pass in front of the net.

...well, that and a really dominant performance in OT, which is why I'm still picking them to win this game.  They CAN play with Vegas, they've showed that, it's just a matter of coming out with that same urgency at the start of the game rather than at the end of it.  They've been the better team in the first in two out of the three games, they just need to continue that trend.

Also, being at the Bell could be great with regards to Fleury.  After last game, if he does so much as give out a bad rebound the fans are going to be on him like flies.  Looking forward to this one!

Side note: do we know who the refs are tonight?

There's a site called "Scouting the Refs", but it doesn't have them up yet for tonights game.

The Golden Knights have drawn twice as many power plays as the Canadiens this series (10-5), but haven’t done anything with the chances. They’ve failed to score, falling to a league-worst 4-for-38 (10.5%) in the playoffs.

The refs didn't finish the job like they were told to do, so they get a do-over.

Perry needs to go over to them and stick his nose in their faces every chance he gets. Not that it will do any good. They'll probably slap him with an unsportsman  penalty.

Lehner was 1st off the ice at the morn skate after practising in starter's net. Pete DeBoer says no chance he'll confirm

Won't matter who's in net if we don't get any shots on him,, like the first two periods of last game.
