Chris Lee would.   McDavid had a goal called back in OT in regular season that was questionable at best ... in fact, most think the goal should have counted.     When McD scored the winner in Shootout he skated past Lee and said "Review that" ... and got slapped with a 10 min misconduct

I still remember a game against the Pens maybe 8-10 years ago where Lee was the ref, the Habs scored, and he pointed at the net making the signal for a goal scored. Then he skated over the to penalty box, waved the goal off, and said it was not reviewable because he had "intent to blow the whistle"... if you had intent to blow the whistle, wouldn't you not have signaled a goal on the ice? He just makes up whatever he wants as he goes.
